The first Cotswolds Huddle of the year at Buckland Manor
The Cotswolds Huddle made a super return after Christmas and New Year today at the always wonderful Buckland Manor in Broadway. 50ish attendees, representing a diverse range of sectors including artisans, professional services, and hospitality, gathered for a couple of hours of lively conversation and valuable connections.
So good to be back
A mix of familiar faces and enthusiastic first-timers filled the beautiful surroundings of Buckland Manor. After enjoying a lovely Christmas and New Year’s break, it was so great to be back and reconnect with the vibrant business community of the Cotswolds.

Reflecting on the past year’s fabulous Huddles and looking forward to the Huddles we have to come in 2025, I am reminded that my goal has always been to create events that are welcoming and inclusive, and in a space where those attending feel comfortable… and today’s Huddle was exactly that, not least due to General Manager, Marcellin Hardouin, and his exceptional team, who set the tone so perfectly from the moment we stepped in, with a warm welcome by the door.

Impeccable service, lovely atmosphere, delightful teas, coffees, and delectable canapés (including four vegan ones made especially for me – so thoughtful, Thank You!) created an inviting and relaxed space… it was the perfect Huddle.

The event was beautifully captured by super talented commercial photographer Rupert Marlow of Three Pin Media. His images beautifully documented the lively conversations, shared laughter, and genuine connections forged throughout the afternoon.
A huge Thank You
This first Huddle of 2025 proved to be the most wonderful way to kick off the year. It was a reminder of the supportive and collaborative spirit that thrives within the Cotswolds business community.
Thank You to Buckland Manor for being the most wonderful hosts and for the fab goodie bags (with complimentary bubbles!!) handed out to all as we were leaving.
