Established in 1996 and still family-run, Pestridge Construction has spent nearly thirty years restoring and enhancing some of the most exceptional homes in the Cotswolds. With in-house interior design expertise, NDA qualified since 2015, we integrate aesthetic vision with structural integrity, ensuring that every house extension or renovation is as functionally intelligent as it is visually striking.

Acting as Principal Contractor, we provide a single point of accountability that removes the fragmentation often associated with large-scale, high-value builds. From initial inception and design support through to site safety and total project management, we oversee every moving part of the construction process. We hold ourselves to the rigorous standards expected of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and as Corporate Supporters of SPAB.

Being family-run is our operational reality. It means clients deal directly with the people responsible for delivering their project, from the first stone laid to the final interior finish. We focus on substantial residential commissions, typically ranging from £100,000 to £2,000,000.
