6 May 2025 ∙ Today’s Cotswolds Huddle at the fabulous Bibury Trout Farm was a resounding success, buzzing with energy and connection. 60+ individuals representing a diverse range of local businesses and industries gathered in this tranquil setting in the centre of Bibury.
As always at a Cotswolds Huddle, the atmosphere was intentionally relaxed and welcoming, encouraging genuine conversations and the exchange of ideas. It was great to see new acquaintances being made and existing relationships deepening, all against the charming backdrop of the working trout farm.

A huge Thank You to the amazing Rupert Marlow from Three Pin Media for taking all the great photos from the Huddle.
A taste of the Cotswolds
Bibury Trout Farm proved to be a fantastic host, offering a covered event space with stunning views of the trout pools. The culinary delights were a highlight, featuring four delicious canapé options. Three showcased the farm’s fresh trout: taramasalata mousseline vol au vents with trout caviar, spring onion bilinis with cold smoked trout, and a vibrant Thai ceviche trout. A delicious gazpacho with carrot and cucumber pearls provided a delightful vegan option.
These delectable treats were perfectly complemented by a crisp and refreshing Bulari from Poulton Hill, award-winning English wine producer and sister company of Bibury Trout Farm.
