One of the things we love most about the Cotswolds Weddings Roundtable is that every gathering is unique. Different venues, different conversations, different faces around the table, yet always the same sense of warmth, support, and community that has become the foundation of our growing wedding industry network.
Since launching the Roundtable in April 2024, we’ve welcomed florists, photographers, celebrants, venues, cake makers, stylists, entertainers, content creators, planners, and many other wedding professionals to join us for open and honest discussions about life in the wedding industry. The aim has never been formal networking. Instead, it has been about building genuine relationships, sharing experiences, and creating a community where people feel supported by others who truly understand the realities of the industry.
∙ MORE THAN JUST A PHOTOGRAPH ∙ Among the regular faces around the table is Clare from 360 Reveal, whose contribution has become a much-loved part of our Roundtables. At each event, Clare quietly takes her place alongside everyone else, joining in the conversations and becoming part of the community. Then, before the morning comes to a close, she captures something rather special. Positioning her camera in the centre of the table, Clare creates a fully immersive 360° photograph of the Roundtable in action.
The result is far more than a group photograph. It becomes a snapshot of a moment in time. Every smile, every conversation, every venue, and every person around the table is preserved in a way that traditional photography simply cannot replicate.
∙ PRESERVING THE SPIRIT OF THE ROUNDTABLE ∙ What makes these 360° images so fascinating is their ability to capture the atmosphere of the event. The Cotswolds Weddings Roundtable isn’t about presentations or sales pitches. It is about conversation. People leaning in to listen. New friendships being formed. Ideas being exchanged. Experienced professionals helping newcomers. Venue teams meeting suppliers. Suppliers meeting collaborators.
When viewed later, Clare’s images allow us to step back into those moments and experience them all over again. They remind us just how much talent exists within the Cotswolds wedding community and how powerful it can be when people come together around a table with a shared desire to help one another succeed.

Each image tells a story about where we were, who joined us, and what the industry was talking about at that particular moment. From intimate gatherings in country house hotels to larger meetings hosted by wedding venues across the region, Clare’s photographs have documented the evolution of a community that continues to thrive.

And perhaps that’s what makes these images so special. They don’t simply record who attended. They capture what the Cotswolds Weddings Roundtable is really about: people coming together, building friendships, sharing knowledge, and showing up for one another.
