This November, premier exterior cleaning company Cannins, is extending its care beyond gutters and rooftops to the very heart of the communities it serves. Known for its attention to detail and commitment to excellence, the Cotswold-based property maintenance company is launching a new local initiative — one that quite literally helps brighten up the streets.
Nominate a local street sign
For every gutter clearance booking, Cannins customers are invited to nominate a local road or street sign that could use a little extra care. If the sign is safely accessible, Cannins’ team will clean it free of charge, helping to enhance the look and feel of shared spaces across Evesham, Broadway, Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh, Pershore, and Stow-on-the-Wold.

Social responsibility and pride in place
It’s a small gesture with a meaningful message of social responsibility: Pride in place matters. The initiative reflects Cannins’ long-standing values — a belief in responsibility, community, and craftsmanship, and in the idea that even simple acts of service can make a visible difference.
Each refreshed road sign will be shared on Cannins’ social media pages, along with a personal thank-you to the customer who nominated it, showcasing the company’s hands-on approach to community care.
“At Cannins, we take pride not only in the properties we maintain but also in the communities we’re part of,” says Emma Canning of Cannins. “We want to give something back — one gutter, and one road sign, at a time.”
